Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DevBridge Base, we maintain strict enrollment limits (maximum six practitioners per intensive cohort) to ensure rigorous, personalized chart auditing. Because reserved cohort seats prevent other qualified applicants from enrolling, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all mentorship programs, workshops, and private consultation services.

1. Mentorship Intensive (12-Week Cohorts)

For the 12-Week Harmonic & Elliott Wave Mentorship Intensive:

  • Cancellations More Than 14 Days Prior to Cohort Start: Practitioners who cancel their registration fourteen (14) or more calendar days before the scheduled commencement of Module 1 are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid, minus a ₩150,000 KRW administrative registration and seat-holding fee.
  • Cancellations Between 7 and 13 Days Prior to Start: Eligible for a 70% refund of the total tuition paid.
  • Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Prior to Start: Because cohort rosters are finalized and individual chart dossiers prepared, cancellations within seven (7) days of start are eligible for a 50% tuition refund or may elect to roll 100% of the tuition balance forward to the next scheduled intake.
  • Withdrawals After Program Commencement: Once Module 1 has convened, tuition is non-refundable. If unforeseen medical or severe personal emergencies prevent attendance, practitioners may request a one-time deferral to resume with a future cohort upon written review by the Lead Instructor.

2. Specialized Workshops (3-Week / 4-Week Clinics)

For modular workshops (such as the Fibonacci Retracement Clinic or Harmonic Pattern Practicum):

  • Cancellations requested up to seven (7) days prior to the first clinic session receive a 100% refund minus a ₩50,000 KRW processing fee.
  • Cancellations requested within six (6) days of the first session receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are issued once workshop clinic sessions have commenced.

3. 1-on-1 Wave Count Diagnostic Audits & Consultations

For private diagnostic audit sessions:

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the booked appointment time.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance receive a 100% refund.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice or missed without prior notification ("no-shows") are non-refundable, as the instructor has already dedicated studio time and performed preliminary chart dossier reviews.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Physical and digital printed DevBridge Base Technical Manuals, laminated ratio cheat sheets, or proprietary reference dossiers once dispatched or downloaded.
  • Completed 1-on-1 chart review sessions and delivered diagnostic audit reports.
  • Bank transfer and currency exchange conversion fees charged by intermediary financial institutions.

5. Refund Request & Processing Procedure

To submit a formal cancellation or refund request:

  1. Send an email to info@devbridgebase.click with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name]".
  2. Include your original invoice number, registration date, and reason for withdrawal.
  3. Our administrative team will review your eligibility under these terms and issue a formal confirmation within two (2) business days.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment:

  • Bank Wire / Direct Transfer: Funds will be returned to the originating bank account within five (5) to seven (7) business days following approval.
  • Credit / Debit Card: Refunds are credited to the original payment card within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, subject to your card issuer's billing cycle.

7. Academy Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that DevBridge Base must cancel or reschedule a cohort due to instructor illness or studio emergencies, enrolled practitioners will be offered the immediate choice of a 100% full refund with zero deductions or guaranteed placement in the rescheduled cohort.
