These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Practitioner", "Client", or "User") and DevBridge Base ("the Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), with registered headquarters at Lee Soyeon, 38-5 Munsu-ro 445beon-gil, Nam-gu, Ulsan, 44672, South Korea.

1. Educational Scope & Training Services

DevBridge Base provides structured technical analysis education, market geometry training cohorts, ratio calculation workshops, and 1-on-1 chart audit consultations. All materials, chart annotations, lecture recordings, and written dossiers delivered by DevBridge Base are designed exclusively for educational, informational, and theoretical training purposes.

DevBridge Base is a professional training institution. The instructional content provided is dedicated to the mathematical study of price structures, Elliott Wave cardinality rules, and Fibonacci ratios. Clients acknowledge that technical chart analysis involves probabilistic interpretation and that historical pattern recognition does not guarantee future market behavior.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All training curricula, syllabi, proprietary ratio reference sheets, annotated chart dossiers, slide presentations, video recordings, website design elements, and written analyses produced by DevBridge Base remain the exclusive intellectual property of DevBridge Base.

Enrolled practitioners receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and review instructional materials for their own individual educational development. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, public broadcast, resale, or sublicensing of our curriculum or chart archives is strictly prohibited.

3. Practitioner Conduct & Cohort Participation

To ensure an optimal learning environment for all cohort participants, practitioners agree to:

• Complete assigned chart annotation homework with personal academic integrity.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication during live clinical discussions and 1-on-1 review sessions.
• Refrain from sharing private video meeting links or copyrighted course documents with non-enrolled third parties.

4. Tuition, Invoicing & Billing

Tuition fees for training intensives, workshops, and diagnostic audits are published on our Tuition page and confirmed via official academy invoice. Fees are payable in South Korean Won (KRW) or converted foreign currency equivalent via accepted electronic bank transfer or credit facilities prior to program commencement.

All terms concerning deposits, withdrawals, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, DevBridge Base, its founder Lee Soyeon, and its instructional staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, financial losses, lost opportunities, or capital drawdowns resulting from your independent market decisions or reliance upon technical analysis concepts taught in our programs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea).

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent district court having jurisdiction over Nam-gu, Ulsan, South Korea.

7. Modifications to Terms

DevBridge Base reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in training programs after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
